Management Accounts

Part of the Management Accounting function is to produce projections as to future performance. We will help you take time out of the business, sit down and discuss where you are going. Talk about hopes, dreams, what is realistic and what your goals are. We will then  turn these discussions into  your budget for the forthcoming year, and monitor actual performance to this budget - and importantly discuss where corrective action needs to be taken.

From  your projections we can  prepare   a salary / dividend or drawings budget to enable you to  maintain a constant, affordable income from your business.

We can also produce cashflow forecasts to determine where your bank balance might be under pressure, and work with you and your bank to mitigate these pressure points.
